At Scott-Wynne Outfitters, the security of your credit card information is paramount. Our primary tool for this is the utilization of secure data encryption. We encrypt the information between the customer and the cart, and we retrieve credit card information the same way. In regard to server storage of customer information, we only store the last six digits of card numbers which would be of little value to a hacker. The first digits are "piped" straight out to mail, and never written to disk at all.
